主旨：因應颱風停班停課，物管暨郵務中心暫停服務
Due to the suspension of Khanun typhoon classes, the service of the Property Management and Postal Center is suspended.

說明：
一、因應山陀兒颱風侵台，行政院公布北北基等縣市停班停課，社區物管中心、郵務中心、公設於113年10月03日暫停服務。
In response to Typhoon Shantol's invasion of Taiwan, the Executive Yuan announced the suspension of classes in counties and cities such as Kitakusa, and the community property management center, postal service center, and public facilities will suspend services on October 3, 2024.

二、敦請住戶留意門窗嚴防大雨，隨注意颱風資訊，並注意住家及自身安全,如有任何問題請聯絡物管中心(02)2620-1180。
