主旨：強度颱風-山陀兒防颱提醒事項
Intense typhoon - Santuoer typhoon prevention reminders
說明：
一、依據中央氣象局觀測，第18號強度颱風「山陀兒」將影響台灣北部地區並有明顯風雨。
According to observations from the Central Weather Bureau, Typhoon No. 18 "Santauer" will affect northern Taiwan with significant wind and rain.
二、敦請住戶留意門窗嚴防大雨，清理陽台排水孔、將陽台盆栽等物品收入室內、以免吹落傷人。
Residents are advised to pay attention to doors and windows to prevent heavy rain, clean balcony drainage holes, and store balcony potted plants and other items indoors so as not to blow them off Hurts.
三、住家內請準備手電筒、電池、儲水、存糧，並隨時掌握颱風最新動態。
